We will work out how to best meet your needs and get back to you with some options. IM services are sometimes blocked by companies or are simply against company policy, so accessing this service from your workplace may not be possible. If you know this is going to be a problem, please consider email coaching. Your first session will involve self-discovery work and other activities. Therefore for best results it is best to start with a 20 minute session. After the first session you are welcome to purchase any quantity of time credits. Credits must be purchased prior to a coaching session starting. Quantity discounts and package deals are available. 2. Email CoachingThis is by far the most convenient method of accessing an online life coach for busy people. Email coaching offers you the choice of how often, when and where you make contact with your coach. It does not matter where in the world you live or what hours you keep. You can be at home, work or at an internet cafe. In fact, you can be anywhere you can get email access.Email coaching is purchased for a period of time - week, fortnight, month. During that period of time you will have access to the email coaching service. If time is running out and you would like to extend, it is a simple matter to purchase additional time.
