"Weaknesses are strengths not yet discovered." Re-framing has been a part of my personal journey over the last twenty years. It inspires me to always focus on the gifts (learning opportunities/self awareness) that come with each trial in life. My success continues to be my personal growth and it has allowed me to see the many changes within are family cycles. The best piece of information I could give is to look to those behaviours you may need to change and see them as separate from you. Don't personalize rather target the behaviour. See it as something that needs to change making sure to depersonalize it. When that happens we open the door to change as we're more motivated to want that change. I used to be very negative with myself and had very low self esteem I am not where I want to be yet but much closer now. I can now say to people if they say I am conceited I can now say nah just aware and that my friend is a good thing.
